Senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN), Abdulhakeem Uthman Mustapha has congratulated his Excellency, Executive Governor of Kwara State, Mallam Abdulrahman Abdulrasaq on his appointment as the Chairman of Nigeria Governor’s Forum (NGF).
