Chairman, Kwara State Independent Electoral Commission (KWSIEC), Okanla Baba was Inducted as a full member of the chartered institute of Local Government and Public administrator of Nigeria (CILGPAN) during the national conference and induction held over the weekend at Afe Babalola Hall, University of Lagos, Lagos State, Nigeria.
Mallam Okanla Baba, during the induction, described the process as a yardstick in fulfilling the needed requirements of the statutes and regulations of the body which require integrity and good character
He further admonished further support from the good people of Kwara State as his led commission has started process in ensuring they conduct a free an fair Local government election.
Known for his no nonsense approach, the chairman is also a member of other notable association including Teacher Registration Council of Nigeria (TRCN) since 2006, and Member of Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM -Chartered) since year 2015.
