Mustapha Akanbi Foundation loses Chairman Dr Mudashiru Salami

One of the founding members of Mustapha Akanbi Foundation (MAF) and a foremost member of Ansarudeen Muslim society, Dr Mudashiru Salami died in Ilorin in the early hours of Wednesday and has been buried according to Islamic rites.

Dr mudashiru, until his death, was the chairman of MAF an initiative of late Justice Mustapha akanbi, a position he assumed following the death of late pioneer Independent Corrupt Practices Commission (ICPC) boss.

He was an astute academician from Offa Local government, and served as Principal of Ansarudeen secondary school, Ilorin for years and a also key member of Ansarudeen Islamic society prior to his death.

The Principal as fondly called, was also Chairman of Amicus Club, a non-governmental organisation that renders assistance to the less privilege and commitment towards service to God and Humanity.

Age seventy-nine (79), he’s survived by wife, children and grand children.
