The Commissioner in charge of personnel and political matters of the Kwara State Independent Electoral Commission(KWSIEC), Hon. Amudat Abdullahi has announced the death of her father, Mallam Mohammed Agbede Abdullahi who died on Saturday in Ilorin, Kwara State age 90.
Mallam Agbede hails from Ile-Elefo Ojagboro in Ilorin East Local Government and was the first chairman of Ipake Local Government in 1983 during President Sheu Shagari regime.
He has been buried according to Islamic rites. He was survived by wife, children, grandchildren and relatives.
The late erudite scholar will be remembered for his discipline, selfless service, unwavering commitments to Almighty Allah and Humanity.
