North African nation, Egypt is agitating to call off a peace deal with Israel.
The development followed the claims of two Egyptians and a western diplomat who said Israelis activities in rafah, Palestine, could cause chaos to the region.
It said Israel attempt to send troops to rafah will see Egypt pull out of any peace negotiation.
A peaceful deal was struck by Isreal and Egypt in 1978 following five years of war before treaty.
Nations including Saudi Arabia were warned of severe repercussions if the town becomes the target of Israeli troops.
